Information & stay
On the day of your arrival, we will welcome you between 4 and 7 pm. In case of a later arrival, please inform us so that we can welcome you.
On the day of your departure, the gite must be vacated before 11am.
Access to the pool is from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Access to the sauna is free for guests from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
The reservation is made via the contact form or by mail and telephone. A deposit of 30% will be required (bank transfer or cheque). Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the beginning of the stay. The deposit remains the property of the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the accommodation. In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.
The payment is made on the spot at the beginning and/or at the end of your stay according to your wish. The Mas du Grand Chêne only accepts payment in cash or by cheque. The tourist tax is included in the price.
